This service covers the replacement of the LCD module in the display, it does not cover, bad hard drive, display, keyboard, or other parts not on the logic board. Works externally but not internally. USB / WiFi / Bluetooth not working.

Print out the order form here and include it in the package. You may leave your hard drive out if you're concerned about privacy.
